| Our Facility
We are located in a new building in a small industrial complex on a private road in Middlesex. We have two large air-conditioned dance instruction rooms with safe oak dance floors and mirrored walls. Our gym has a spring floor , TumbleTrak, Vault Table and several sets of bars and beams. We are on a private road with no thru traffice and two parking lots .

| Our Teaching Philosophy
By challenging our students and ourselves as educators, over the years we have developed a philosophy and program unique to schools in our area. For the beginner, we provide a welcoming atmosphere and comfortable tone . For the more experienced student we offer competition teams and high level instruction. We encourage students to participate in dance and gymnastics, as well as sports and theater. At CJD& G, students have the opportunity to receive quality education in many movement related fields, all under one roof, and under the guidance of instructors who encourage their talents, appreciate their individuality, and never lose sight of the fact that they are our children.

| Our Staff
Most of our staff are former students trained by us; many are teachers and professionals who share their passion for dance and gymnastics through teaching for us after school and on weekends. Our Jersey Girls and CJ Dance Co. choreographers have been honored with major awards at regional and national competitions every year for more than 30 years ; our Springers Gymnastics Team coaches have been successful and are experienced in club and high school gymnastics and sports coaching for more than 3 decades as well.
