New Student Registration
To register follow these steps below:
- Download and complete the REGISTRATION PACKET. Gymnastics students will also need to download and compete the USA GYMNASTICS WAIVER.
- Refer to or print out the 2013-14 SCHEDULE. Choose your class (es) at the day and time of your choice. The schedule is also posted in our office and copies are available as well.
- Fill out the form and register in person during our Open House Wednesay August 28th 4:00pm- 8:00 pm. Begining Tuesdays Sept. 3rd every weekday 4:30pm-7:30pm, and Saturdays 10:00am-12:00pm. You can mail the registration forms to our location at 1001 Lincoln Blvd Extension, Suite B Middlesex, NJ 08844 or email forms to register@cjdance-gym.com. *Pending class availbility.
Classes for the 2013-14 season will begin Tuesday September 3rd.
