| Rena Fleischman
Director, instructor, CJ Dance Co. choreographer
Rena began teaching dance and gymnastics in 1970, and became co-owner of CJDG with her husband, Jay, in 1984. She has taught high school Englsih, coached gymnastics and high school cheerleading, but now concentrates on directing CJ and teaching and choreographing for the award winning CJDance Company. Rena has a BA in Education from Rutgers University.

| Jay Fleischman
Director, instructor, Springers Girls Gymnastics Team Coach
Jay has been teaching physical education since 1973. He is former head coach of the Springers, and was head gymnastics coach for USA-TEAM NJ at the Special Olympics International Games in 1991 and 2000. He teaches and coaches at Carrier Foundation East Mountain Day School. Jay began the CJ gymnastics program in 1976 and he has been teaching, coaching and directing the gymnastics department here ever since! Jay has a BS in Physical Education and Kinesiology from West Virginia Weslyan College. Jay has returned to Springers coaching staff this year. He also specializes in tumbling for cheerleaders and is availble for private coaching in small groups.

| Kim Sorenson
Instructor, Office Manager
Kim is a former dancer and gymnast. She is a past member of the CJDance Company. Kim has been a Pre-Kindergarten teacher at local Preschools for 15 years. She studied Early Childhood Education at Lockhaven University and Jersey City State College. She is the daughter of CJ’s founder, Gail Brescher and she has been teaching at CJ since 1990.

| Karen Morgan
Instructor, CJ Dance Co. Choreographer
Karen
is a former dancer and member of the CJDance Co. She was a member of the New
Jersey Dance Theatre Ballet Company. Karen danced professionally with several
local dance companies before joining the CJ Staff in 1978. She has been
teaching and choreographing for the CJDance Co. ever since! Karen also
teaches movement education and choreographs shows at the Sundance School in North
Plainfield.

| Kristianne Jankowicz
Instructor, Jersey Girls Head Coach, CJ Dance Co. Choreographer, Jersey Girls Choreographer
Kristianne,
daughter of Jay and Rena, is a former dancer, gymnast and cheerleader.
She was a member of the CJDance Co.- Star Sapphire, a Springer and a competitive cheerleader.
She was a dancer on the Towson University Dance Team and won two NDA
National Collegiate Dance Team Championships (1999-2000). Kristianne, started
the Jersey Girls AllStar Dance Team in 2001, and has coached the team to national
championship titles every year since 2002! Kristianne is the former head coach
of the Middlesex High School Competitive Cheerleading Squad. Kristianne
graduated from Kean University with a BA in Early Childhood Education.
She is a first grade teacher at Hazelwood School in Middlesex.

| Jennifer Golden
Instructor, Springers Girls Gymnastics Team Coach, Superstars Team Coach,
Jenn is a former gymnast and
dancer. As a member of our Springers Girls Gymnastics Team she competed
at the USA- NJ State Championships. She has been teaching a CJ since
1998. She is the Springers Team head coach. Jenn
graduated from Rutgers University with a BA
in Psychology and Education. She coached Somerville High School Gymnastics team in
2009-10. She currently is assistant coach at Hunterdon Central High
School.

Kelly Pina
Instructor, Jersey Girls Coach, CJ Dance Co. Choreographer, Jersey Girls Choreographer
Kelly
is a former dancer, gymnast and cheerleader. She is a former member of
Star Sapphire-CJDance Company. She was a four time (2001, 2002,
2003, 2004) NCA/NDA Collegiate National Dance Team Champion with the
Towson University Dance Team. She graduated in 2004 from Towson
University with a BA in Psychology and has returned to CJ to coach and share
her expertise with our Jersey Girls. She has been teaching at CJ since
2004.

| Annie Jones
Yoga Instructor, Dance Instructor, CJ Dance Co. Choreographer,
Annie is a former dancer and gymnast. She was a member of the CJDance Company Star Sapphire scholarship group. She also coached the Jersey Girls All Stars from 2001- 2010 . She has been teaching at CJ since 1998. She is a former preschool teacher at The Sundance School in North Plainfield and a certified yoga instructor (American Aerobic Association International, Interntional Sports Medicine Association). Annie has a BA in Psychology from Rutgers University.

| Joann Abbate
Instructor, Jersey Girls Coach, CJ Dance Co. Choreographer, Jersey Girls Choreographer
Joanne is former
captain of the Jersey Girls Dance Team and Star Sapphire Scholarship
dancer. She was a three-time (2004,2005, 2006) NDA Collegiate National
Champion as a dancer with the Towson University Dance Team. She graduated
from Towson University in 2007 with a B.A. in Elementary Education and has
returned home to NJ and re- joined our CJ staff. Joann is an
elementary school teacher in Piscataway.

| Ashley Carlino
Instructor, CJ Dance Co. Choreographer, Springers Dance Coach
Ashley is dancer/gymnast /cheerleader. She is former captain of the Jersey Girls, and member of the CJDance Company scholarship group Star Sapphire. Ashley was also the former captain of the Rutgers University Dance Team and she is persuing a masters in education at Rutgers University. This is Ashley's sixth year on staff.

| Kristie Ury
Instructor, CJ Dance Co Choreographer, Springers Girls Gymnastics Team
Kristie was a dancer with the CJ Dance Company and a member of our Star Sapphire Scholarship group, as well as a competitive gymnast as a Springer. She is a graduate of Farleigh Dickenson University. She is on of the choreographer and teachers of our senior dance company groups, Star Sapphire, as well as a Springers Girls Gymnastics team coach!

| Kaitlin Beckerman
Instructor, Springers Coach
Kaitlin has a strong background in gymnastics,
dance and cheerleading. She is a former Springer, and is the USAIGC New
Jersey 2008 Gold Level Vault Champion. She competed in gymnastics at
Middlesex High School and was also a competitive cheerleader at MHS.
Kaitlin was also a Jersey Girl and member of the CJDance Company.

| Stephanie Carlino
Instructor
Stephanie is a dancer/gymnast /cheerleader and cheer coach and one of the most popular teachers on our staff. She is former member of the Jersey Girls, and member of the CJDance Company. This is Stephanie's sixth year on staff.

| Sharon Fillmore
Instructor
Sharon is a former gymnast.Sharon has extensive
experience with childcare. She trained and student taught with CJ Staff, and
applied her experience with young children to specialize in preschool through
primary grade levels. Sharon has been teaching at CJ since 1999.

| Christina Pittel
Instructor
Christina studied dance at CJ and was a member of the CJ Dance Co. and a scholarship senior dancer with our company. She graduated from Towson University with a degree in Elementary Education and Special Education, where she also danced on the Towson University Dance Team. We are excited to welcome Christina back on to CJ Staff!

| Jackie Priorie
Instructor
Jackie is a former scholarship student at Central Jersey, where she trained in our dance company and on Jersey Girls All Stars. Jackie studied ballet in NYC and is a former member of the NJ Dance Theater Ensemble. She is a dance major at Mason Gross School of the Arts in New Brunswick. She has been on CJ staff for several years.

| Shannon Hanson
Instructor
Shannon trained at CJ and was a member of our CJ Dance Company. She is a dancer with the Jersey Girls All Star Dance Team. She attends Kean University. Shannon student taught with us and we are pleased to have her on staff for a second year!

| Leann Lissy
Instructor
Leann is a former gymnast and cheerleader. She graduated from Rutgers University where she was a RU Cheerleader. Leann is head coach of the Middlesex High School Cheerleading Squad. She teaches at Hazelwood School in Middlesex.

| Avery Czernikowski
Instructor
Avery is a senior scholarship dancer with Central Jersey Dance Company, Jersey Girl and former Springer Gymnastics Team member. She is an experienced dancer and gymnast and has student taught with our staff and Springers coaches. She has been assistant teacher with our Superstars program for the past two years. Avery also has competed as a member of the Bridgewater Raritan High School gymnastics team.

| Julia Mateyka

Julia M. has studied dance and gymnastics at Central Jersey for 12 + years. And she is a former Springer Gymnastics Team member. Julia is in the dance program at Somerset County Vo-Tech. She has student taught at CJ and this is her second year teaching at CJ.

Alyssa is a senior member of our Central Jersey Dance Company, Jersey Girls All Stars and former Springer Gymnastics Team member. She is an experienced dancer and gymnast and has student taught with our staff and Springers coaches. She has been assistant teacher with our Superstars program for the past two years.

Angela has studied dance and gymnastics at Central Jersey since her preschool years, She is a member of the CJ Dance Company and Jersey Girls Dance Team and she is a former Springer s Gymnastics Team member She has student taught with us and has been a class assistant for several years. Angela is a cheerleader at Bridgewater- Raritan High School.
