Springers Girls Gymnastics Team

The Springers Team was started in the 1970's by directors Jay and Rena Fleischman. Over the years, the team has competed in USA Gymnastics, Joga and USAIGC leagues, but has maintained its basic philosophy of providing a fun, safe, recreationally competitive program for children who love gymnastics but also want to participate in other sports and activities. Our coaches are all former Springers- and they still love gymnastics! The Springers are currently competing in the USAIGC League. We have a Bronze, Silver and Gold Team, as well as a training team, Superstars . Our Bronze Team practices 4-6 hrs. per week and our Silver and Gold Team practice 6- 8 hrs per week. Concentration is on individual skill progression, and development of optional routines. By tryout only.
